When Private Selection re-branded and introduced several new items, they needed to generate awareness at the store level with the employees and get the product in the hands of the consumer. RGI developed an inclusive program that had elements directed at both employees and consumers. In order to make the launch successful, RGI incorporated education, brand recognition, sampling and couponing into the program.
