Associate Engagement
Once a promotional program is sold into a category manager or merchandiser, it doesn’t always ensure that the program will be communicated or supported at the store level. At the end of the day, if the POS doesn’t go up in-store or a store associate can’t explain a program to a customer, the program will probably not be successful. RGI’s goal is to integrate associate communication with the overall plan to ensure success at the store level.

In addition to creating huge excitement with consumers in-store for Cartbusters, RGI also developed associate elements to spread the excitement. This engagement program included associate communications, store contests, associate apparel and help in-store installing the program.
