Founded in 1989 by Rich McGraw, RGI (then known as Richards Group) began operations inside a tiny office in Northern Kentucky. Rich based his vision for the company on these simple principles:

Much has changed since 1989. Our workforce has grown to include top talent from around the country. Our client base has expanded to include regional and international Fortune 500 companies. And we moved our office to its current location in Cincinnati. Through it all, we've never lost sight of Rich's founding principles -- and they guide our work still.
